Any number of hardware issues can cause this along with possible driver problems. The following link may help. Also run diagnostics just to help identify any possible hardware issues. Restart the system and at the Dell splash screen start tapping F12. Run full diagnostics.
I already tried these tips and others similar and the problems remain the same. The diagnostics tools does not show any problem...
My display driver shows: Microsoft Basic Display Adapter and works fine, every time i try to install Intel Graphics HD 530 it crashes. The only way to install the intel graphics driver is in safemode, but when i do a reboot it crash again and the only way do go back to normal is boot in safemode again and roll back the driver to Microsoft Basic Display...
Dell drivers must be used instead of Intel's. Dell customizes the laptop drivers for your exact motherboard. You might try installing an older version from Dell. The latest driver is the Intel Security Update and it might need the previous update installed first before.
What is the lithest cad program? Is that a typo? Laptops with integrated video are not the best choice for running any CAD programs. Those usually require separate video cards.
Important--After reinstalling windows 10 you must run Windows Update several times to get the updates that are not included in the installation media you used for the clean install. Run the update, reboot and run it again and again to make sure you get all the updates available. Stop running when it says No more updates. That can cause the error message you are seeing--
Thanks for the help. I will try again with your tips but I already tried all intel HD graphics 530 drivers that are at the dell website for my model. I usually use Fusion360, but i am sure about the poor performance of the intel Graphics because when i run dell's diagnostics tool i can do a benchmark to both of the graphics cards (intel and nvidea) and the intel one moves at 1 to 10 fps while nvidia runs at 120 fps. I thinks that is "normal" because i run the benchmark with the "microsoft basic display driver" that is not optimized for my intel graphics. But beside that i steel can not install any diver version... to go from "microsoft basic display driver" to "Intel HD Graphics 530" on device manager.
I did what you just said about the updates... and moreover i run the dell diagnostics that tells me what drivers i need and this program does not detect a bad intel driver, it does not suggest to install any driver for the intel graphics...
