Support assist also keeps telling me to reset my PC and isn’t opening. I’m trying to update whatever i can from the dell site and see if i can run the support assist then.

I have also received a blue error code saying IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. This happened on May 4th.

Uninstall Support Assist, and try if that helps

I am also having several BSOD issues with REFERENCE_BY_POINTER. First this was occuring upon shut down but today it occured at least 18 times  (on average every 35-40 minutes).

May I ask if anyone has found a solution to this issue? 

I have checked all drivers and everything is up to date. My laptop is XPS 9570.
