Dell Command Update failed to install audio drivers

Hello,

I have a Dell XPS 15 9560. I run Dell Command Update and it fails to download Realtek Audio Drivers. Apparently it can't download them from server. Other updates went fine.

A log snipet I got from exporting the logs from Dell Command Update:

I have windows 10 Pro with all latest updates.

So problem went away at no additional actions from my side. Seems like the engineers at Dell have fixed the server issues.

Thanks!

Hi Dmitri Trofimov,

Thanks for posting.  Apologies that your system is not performing as expected.

Have you tried installing the driver without the Dell Command Update?  Please go here and follow the instructions.

If you still require assistance and the system is under warranty, you may contact me privately. Be sure to include your personal information (name, address, telephone, email) and your computer's service tag number in your message. Thanks.

If there is no warranty, then you could contact our Out of Warranty team to get a quote for a paid service request.

Hi Robert,

Thank you for reply. The solution you have suggested did not work. How can I check if I still have the warranty?

Regards,
Dmitri
