Dell G3 3579 - Factory Image and Audio Jack not Detecting

Question

Hi All, Need suggestion.. Recently I purchased Dell G3 3579 from Amazon.in and found that Audio port is not detecting Headphones when plugged in. So I went to Dell Service Center. They told me it is Hardware issue and need to replace motherboard but they removed my OEM and installed other (Not Downloaded from Dell for Dell G3). And when I asked why they not done official installation process, they says that downloading from dell website takes 8Hrs of time and installation more. So Not installed. And they have not cleaned the fans as I mentioned that need to be address because fans making noise and instantly turns off wen we lift from back side. Horrible service center and Technician in Secunderabad, Telangana, INDIA. I suggest people to go to another service center. Does anyone have same kind of issue and what is the solution. I am afraid and want to install Dell Official OS for my Laptop. I need help in process. Also can I request Service at door step as I have Premium Support and my laptop is still in warranty. Thankyou
