Dell Power Manager Not Working - Dell Precision 5570

I have Dell precision 5570. I installed dell power manager and did custom settings for battery to charge from 75% to 80% as my laptop is mostly connect to AC. But its not working as I am still getting charged to 100%. Any solution or any driver that I need to install? Everything seems up to date.
