Thanks for posting. Apologies that your system is not performing as expected.
Have you tried removing all instances of Dell SupportAssist? Some users have reported up to 3 instances running at the same time and had to use a 3rd party program remover to get them all. Please try that, then download the latest version of SupportAssist.
If you still require assistance and the system is under warranty, you may contact me privately. Be sure to include your personal information (name, address, telephone, email) and your computer's service tag number in your message. Thanks.
If there is no warranty, then you could contact our Out of Warranty team to get a quote for a paid service request.
After removing all of SupportAssist and rebooting your computer, then reinstalling the latest version of SupportAssist, are you still getting the same error message?
Also have you updated the BIOS on this system yet?
I don't seem to have your Service Tag Number yet, so please contact me privately. Be sure to include your personal information (name, address, telephone, email) and your computer's service tag number in your message. Thanks.
Tell you what JA's... doesn't matter what OWNER'S or USER'S do.... YOUR system isn't working. Either find OUT why, or expect a LANDSLIDE of complaints!
Thank you so much for your LACK of expertise. Want my service code?
ALSO JA's... I HAVE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY ON THIS DELL (piece of S...T!). Get off your head and figure it out (unless Dell is conducting it's only secret 'REDUCE SUPPORT COST' plan!

same here , supportAssist is not working after just one day. I would say after the first round of updates.
What s the point having that software advertised as a feature for Premium support ?
Money back Dell !
