Dell Update not installing
XPS 13 9380
Dell Update is not installing
I am running Win11
Edition Windows 11 Pro
Version 22H2
Installed on 28/09/2022
OS build 22621.963
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22638.1000.0
Generally I update my drivers and recently Dell Update was not working so I uninstalled using Remove Program and tried to reinstall - Dell Support recommends:
File Format: Update Package for MS Windows 32-Bit
File Name: Dell-Update-Windows-Universal-Application_0991N_WIN_4.7.1_A00.EXE
It does not install and fails with an error
I also tried updating alien ware and downloaded 'Alien ware Command Center App' from Windows Store. Although the app itself installs, there is an auto update which does not install, even after reboot etc - remove and reinstall etc
I am a bit lost - I do however note that A W C C is not present running on System when I check, even though I do have Microsoft Store version of Alien ware Command Center installed

Your fan is working or not. While your laptop is working check performance through task manager, there is a chance that your hard drive or cpu is run at 100% which makes the laptop to shutdown automatically. Through performance you can monitor your hard drive and cpu temp and working percent. Graphic card overgeating.

Fan working, not too loud
CPU averaging around 30-50%
Nothing out of the ordinary that I notice
