As far as I'm aware the Dell XPS 13 9305 is capable of using the Windows Hello Face feature, however, when I go to set up sed feature, I am met with "This option is currently unavailable", "We couldn't find a camera compatible with Windows Hello Face.

The camera specifications are as follows:

HD RGB camera with CMOS sensor technology.

0.92 megapixel 1280 x 720 30 fps.

Does anyone know a fix to this problem?

Machine doesn't have a infrared camera so sadly no windows hello face login for you.

You can either use finger print reader or connect an external webcam with windows hello
