XPS 13 9350, Touchpad Not Working

My laptop is a few years old so now slightly out of warranty.  To say I’ve had problems with this computer would be an understatement.  I’ve had continual issues that will make me never ever buy a Dell computer again.

With that said I still need to fix my current problem.  My touchpad is no longer working.  If I put the laptop to sleep it will work again for a few minutes and then stop.  I am able to successfully use an external mouse with no problems.  I’ve done all the diagnostic tests, updated to latest bios and nothing is working.  Anyone maybe have a fix for this?
