- Go to Computer Management
- Go to Device Management
- Expand Human Interface Devices
- Locate the Wacom driver (it should have a symbol next to it indicating that it is in a trouble state)
- Right click this device and disable the driver
- Right click the device again and uninstall the driver
- Restart the machine

2025 and still, same problem on my 9430 2in1(wacom driver). Despite the fact i payed extra for additional support from dell. They never learn. thanks a lot Gumboni
