Dell XPS 15 7590 SSD Upgrade Problems

Question

Hi everyone,   I got a Dell XPS 15 7590 (4K touch version) with i9-9980HK, 16GB Ram and GTX 1650. So firstly I upgraded my SSD with a Samsung 970 Evo Plus. I felt that my laptop wasn't working properly from the start and though a better SSd would fix it. So I let a professional fix it. Then after some time I saw that the wifi chip wasn't working. So Dell came and fixed it, they replaced also the motherboard because that was causing the problem with the wifi they said. So then the day after I try to use my laptop and the sound is doing some weird things. Also the PC just randomly freezes and nothing works anymore, not even the command prompt. So I have to fully shut the pc down, and then power up. I contacted Dell again and told the problem, they said my SSd was the problem now and they couldn't fix it because it's not the original one, I was confused. So I replaced it with the Crucial P5 SSD again at a professional place. And both of these are compatible with the Dell XPS 15 7590. Now my pc is doing the same weird things and they say they can't help me. Is it their right to deny any help? What could I do to solve my problems?   Thankyou for any advice and help in advance

Thank you for your post. I was planning on upgrading my ssd also because mine is only 500gb and I need more storage. After reading your post I think I wont upgrade. I hope your situation worked out. Please post an update to your situation if have time because I would like to know more.
