Dell XPS 15 9560 PgUp - Up Arrow not working unless i press Shift Key

HI Guys

For some reason on my Dell XPS 15 9560 PgUp - Up Arrow not working unless I press Shift Key.

I have tried removing and reinstalling Keyboard drivers but it has not fixed it any ideas please?
