Dell XPS 15 9570 constant bluescreen

I am honestly frustrated at this point. Got this laptop less than a month ago and the day I got it it had a bluescreen out of nowhere. I thought this might be a one of occasion so I ignored it, but then it started having bluescreens randomly especially when playing games or just after playing games. I went on to ensure everything from windows and dell were up to date, still bluescreens. I then reinstalled windows, still bluescreens. I've done all the memory and disk checks while booted up and from the dell recovery software and they show that there's no hardware issue. I am honestly frustrated. Now I had to reinstall windows without being able to backup because the bluescreens didn't let me boot into windows. If you've experienced these horrors pls let me know if you got it fixed or have any solutions.

The stop codes I got were: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA then the code that didn't even let me boot into windows at all is: BAD_POOL_CALLER
