Dell XPS 7590 Misaligned Trackpad & Power Button

Hello, I recenly purchased a Dell XPS 7590.

Got two issues:

1) The power button: Its misaligned and does not have an audible click sound, the top bit gets stuck; whereas, the bottom bit is raised. No issue with it's functionality thus far, just an eye sore and something I can live with.

2) The trackpad appears to be raised ever so slightly from the bottom left corner. It's not too evident, but I'm afraid it could possibly be related to a battery issue.

The laptop is 2 days old and I was not expecting this from a premium built laptop. I'm hoping to get some opinions to understand if it's something worth contacting Dell about as I'm not too keen on having the laptop replaced since I took my sweet time moving everything over from previous laptop with plans to upgrade the internals.
