Dell XPS 8300 3 Beeps GPU Upgrade

I have a dell XPS 8300 I tried to install a gtx 1060 with the original i7 2600 but I could not get an image despite seeing other threads of people getting it to work long story shot I decided to swap cpus with my optiplex since the bios didn’t have a legacy restriction and I could get the 1060 to boot on that system now I have a perfectly running xps 8300 with an i3 2120 only problem is whenever I boot the system it takes about 2 mins just to get past the dell splash screen after three beep it boots no problem this only happens with the gtx 745 dell oem card that I installed when I swap it for a gt 530 it boots fast and without any issues is this due to the legacy bios so it takes longer to boot or what if someone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated

Could be anything. See the 3 beep code-- <ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell>

Don't forget about power supply requirements for gpu upgrades. Especially true with old computers and today's new gpu's. The 8300 is getting long in the tooth now.

It’s not the power supply or ram I have replaced both and it still does it it’s checking the gpu for something idk what though
