Dell XPS 9310 fan problem
Hello I hope this community is doing well. I purchased my 11th Gen dell XPs 9310 I5 in January. I've had a wonderful experience. My laptop fan has completly stopped working. I have updated all the required updates the BIOS etc and cleaned my vents more than once. But they have failed to respond. At first they were completly dead but after the updates the right side fan is working but the left one has the same problem. I have also updated my laptop to windows 11, is this because of that. If anyone is able to help me out in this situation I will be grateful.

It could well be Windows 11 is at fault, yes - it's beta software at this point.
Run the Dell diagnostics - F12 at powerup. If the fan fails, contact Dell with the error and validation codes. If not, it's a Windows 11 issue - restore Windows 10 and wait until Windows 11 is officially released; Dell is not going to support Windows 11 until it has shipped.
