Dell XPS 9380 Connected Standby (InstantGo)

Does the Dell XPS 9380 support connected standby?

My 9380 will only use modern standby disconnected.

In Windows 10, look at the Settings-System-Power & sleep page.  Down near the middle, there should be an option to use, while on battery, always connected, never connected or let Windows handle.

If you select always connected, it should show as standby connected.  You have a newer system than I do so there may have been changes with the 8th generation processors.

I don't have this option in Power & Sleep.

If you system shows as Standby- Network disconnected, then it means it is modern standby capable.  The newer processors may handle that function differently than my 9365 does.  There may even be a specific setting in the Bios..

Have you made any changes to your configuration?

Do you know what model of Wi-Fi adapter you are using?

Are you seeing any phone like behavior such as notifications when the display is off?

It's definitely network disconnected modern standby.

I was just wondering if it was meant to be network connected and I've changed something that prevents it.

I was hoping someone with a 9380 could confirm their powercfg /a results
