Dell XPS 9500 screen having odd gamma issues

Hello, I just got the 4k model of the XPS 9500 which I intend to use for photography, games, music production, and much more. However, upon getting my unit I noticed that there is some terrible contrast/gamma issues when any media with low light is shown. There is extreme color distortion, banding, and poor looking dark areas. Was playing some Minecraft and watching The Witcher and both had this issue. I've used Dell Premier Color and the Calibrate Display Color tools to correct the colors, but the issue persists. Accurate visuals are extremely important to me so this is kind of a deal breaker.

Here's a couple pictures of when I was in a cave playing the game;

If you are able to help me find a solution or fix for this I would be insanely grateful.

I think it would help if there were photos taken of the screen and not screenshots, same with the video, because I don't see an issue. One thing that did help me is that I uninstalled the Dell PremierColor and then went to my Intel Graphics Command Center and went to the Display option then clicked the restore to original colors button, and then restarted my laptop. It helps a lot but then you are stuck with a bit of oversaturation, but you won't have the color banding anymore. Although, I would make sure your intel display drivers are updated and would do this at your own risk because when I did it earlier today, it caused my screen to go black and the only I could have fixed it was to factory reset my laptop. The issue your seeing though is that the dell premiercolor app is not integrated well to work with the intel graphics.

That was really stupid of me to show the pictures from my laptop... for some reason I can't edit the original post so I'll just link the new ones here;

As you can see it's absolutely horrendous, really disappointed that dell doesn't just ship us the screen pre-calibrated with all the right visual features... paid 2 grand for this thing.
