XPS 9510, LCD brightness way to high
This has been an issue for a while, and I'm definitely nitpicking here. I usually work in low light environments but I think the screen brightness on the Dell XPS 9510 (at least any model with the 1920x1200 IPS display) is too high, even at the lowest brightness settings. I understand that there's third party software that can further dim the software, but that's something I don't want to have to do. Especially on a laptop that costs nearly $2000.

This is working as designed. The XPS 15 9510 LCD FHD+ LCD uses a 500 nit brightness. To what other Laptop LCD's are you comparing this XPS 15 9510 LCD FHD+ LCD?

Would you know how to fix an LCD that's too bright to see the backlit keys? Yes this is on an 9510 with a new kb. THX!
