Dell XPS flashing error code 4 white 1 amber
XPS 15 9510
Hi everyone,
I got my laptop less than 2 years ago but the warranty has expired, a few months ago I damaged my screen by closing my laptop while there was something on the keyboard which completely wrecked it. I contacted dell to get it fixed but they were taking too long and I had online exams to do, so I found a repair shop that replaced my screen because they had another one of the same laptop at their shop so they just did a simple screen swap.
Since then I've not had the time to fix this error since I've had to use my laptop at uni, the laptop works fine but there is a constant flashing light of 4 whites proceeded by 1 amber, the CAP lock LED is always on and the integrated webcam isn't detected.
This error code doesn't come up anywhere, I think I might have read somewhere that this has something to do with a CPU cable but I have no idea what that means and I also can't find that article anywhere anymore.
Any advice would be welcome please!

4,1 means a faulty battery. And since the webcam is part of the display assembly, contact the shop that did the repair - they may have failed to plug in the cable fully when the repair was done.
