It will depend on your expectations and the games in question. The short answer is, no: the integrated graphics, while much better than on past systems, will not meet the minimum requirements for many games. And the small size of the system means the cooling system isn't designed to handle the load of gaming to any degree.
If you have a desktop on which to game, this system will do fine. If you don't, you'd be better served by a 15" XPS that has a discrete GPU onboard.
There are not many small format gaming systems - Dell had a 13" Alienware for a while, but that's gone. I believe others such as Razer still offer small-format gaming systems, though.
