Dell is a joke!

Question

Day by day, I truly can't believe company like this still exists. Everyone can read my short/ long story in posts I wrote here, but the story continues. Just to sum it up - my Dell XPS 17 arrived with wobbling trackpad and rattling speakers. Technician ordered on 8th December. Arrived on 21st January, wanted to change the speakers (I gave up with the trackpad on the way). After arrival, discovered that the speakers sent to him were for a different model. Second attempt - arrived today. Changed speakers, which obviously didn't help much, as it is a design issue which Dell doesn't want to admit. He left, and... A few hours I discovered that the palmrest which was installed (it seems that changing speakers in XPS 17 requires changing the whole palmrest) has a Portuguese keyboard!!! Seriously Dell? I'm in Czechia, my original keyboard was US international one. How the you sent me a Portuguese palmrest? I am going with that everywhere I can and I will post it everywhere, as this company is some ridiculous joke...  @DELL-Cares

Update - Service was set up to replace Palmrest
