Dell xps 15 9550 m.2 SSD swap issue

i have a 1TB HDD and 32GB m.2 ssd, i would like to swap my 32g ssd with a 250GB m.2 ssd. i have read few community posts and few videos about how its done. the issue is that i can't view the 32Gb ssd on disk manager or any 3rd party softwares such as macrium Reflect, therefore i can't clone the data before i swap. what should i do ?

The only data on that drive is cache data - you don't need it. Remove the Intel rapid storage cache and then clone the existing drive over to the new SSD (remembering to REMOVE the hard drive from the system before you boot for the first time after cloning). https://www.dell.com/community/Desktops-General-Read-Only/Exact-software-steps-to-remove-the-32Gb-mSata-cache-drive-in/td-p/5082791
