Downgrade to BIOS 2.4.1.  This has worked for many of us, no thanks to Dell support.

Note: I had to reset BIOS defaults after downgrading for the error to go away.

Welcome to the Dell Community @Engr_Adilkhan

It sounds like the CMOS/BIOS battery may be weak or dead.

XPS 13 Convertible Service Manual:

https://www.dell.com/support/manuals/us/en/04/xps-13-9365-2-in-1-laptop/xps_9365_servicemanual/removing-the-coin-cell-battery?guid=guid-30eebc49-de3e-4c3f-8226-86ce5f32f388&lang=en-us

The battery should read  2v - 3v

Best regards,

U2

Usually the cause of the system time not being correct would be the CMOS battery.  But it might also cause other none default settings to revert to their default versions.

You might check your Windows time to make sure it is set correctly and to the right time zone.  If you happened to be in a different country, I suppose that may be involved, but I have not seen such a message so I can't verify.

A couple of thing you might consider, first to reset the Bios Defaults and then reset any you have changed.

Secondly, installing your current Bios over the current one might be possible but I have never tried.

Can you tell where the message is coming from?  Could it be a Dell utility or is it the system/Bios..?

I've had the same issue as OP after resetting RTC. I tried to downgrade but it says not allowed. Currently on 2.6.1 I think.

I just had that issue....you may need to go into bios and enable the BIOS downgrade function.

I've been pulling my hair out over this issue for weeks.  Replaced the CMOS battery not once but TWICE.

Downgrading the BIOS back to 2.4.1 and resetting BIOS defaults solved it for me as well.

THANKS DELL!
