Thanks for posting. Apologies that your system is not performing as expected.
Wifi issues can sometimes be difficult to diagnose, but from your post it appears you are having difficulties installing the wireless card driver.
Try reseating the wireless card to be sure nothing shifted during transport. Also, try installing the chipset driver first, then reboot, and install the wireless drivers.
