There's no error code (2-4-1-1) for this computer. I'm guessing blinking light code is 2,4 for Memory or RAM failure.
Please power off computer, remove adapter and battery. Press Power On button for about 30 seconds to release Static Flea Power. Replace battery, AC adapter, power on system. Check for any diagnostic lights coming for the computer.
After, select Troubleshooting, Diagnostic in the link below. You should be able to see Light Pattern chart to help diagnose the computer.

About ram thei are ddr4 2400 and ram works on dell 9570.
