Difficulty ordering XPS Laptops with QWERTY keyboard from Belgium

Greetings,

I reside in Belgium.

This week I was trying to order a new XPS15 from the Dell Belgium store:

I realized that (unfortunately) Dell had removed the QWERTY keyboard option from their XPS models sold at the Dell Belgium online store (they used to offer that option until recently). These models are now only available with AZERTY keyboard.

I noticed that same product w/ QWERTY option is available from the Dell Netherlands online store.

So, two questions for the Dell sales experts on this forum:
1) Can I place an order using Dell Netherlands online store? Will they ship to Belgium? If not, can I pick-up directly?
2) Otherwise any possibility Dell EU might consider a solution for customers in this situation -at least for high-end models? (I noticed several similar messages/questions both here in also in other forums)
