Does the Dell Xps 2019 support 4k blu-rays on its internal screen?
With the new XPS 15 2019 with the option of a 4k oled Dolby vision screen, If I were to use a 4k blu-ray drive with a external enclosure, would I be able to use the screen for 4k blu-ray playback?

Given that this has been possible on previous versions of the XPS 15 as long as you had the correct software, I would say yes, but as I said in a reply to your other thread, don’t expect a great HDR experience.
