Dragon 15 Professional and XPS 13 9365.

I couldn't get my Dell XPS 13 9365 to recognize my Dragon USB headset microphone/ speakers. The Dragon software would not recognize it nor would the Dell XPS. Turns out the Dell does not recognize USB certain headsets (including Dragon). I had to disable the Realtek Audio driver at which time the Dell would recognize the USB microphone. Quality of speech recognition improved dramatically. Go to Device Manager -> Sound, video and game controllers -> RealTek Audio -> Disable driver.
