External microphone input is very silent

I am using XPS 15 9570. When i connect external headset (i tried different models that works fine on other PCs) and use any voice inputs (skype, viber, etc.) - it gives me very silent sound through external microphone. I tried different models of headsets that work perfectly on other PCs, I played with all possible settings... but finally i discovered, that sensitivity of external microphone interface is VERY LOW. is there any way to fix it?
