Fatally Installed LCD Firmware Update

I regrettably was going through the driver download page on the Dell site and installed the LCD Firmware update on my XPS 9370...

Now the screen won't even start up and I have the dreaded 7 white 2 amber light pattern.

I'm really not sure what to do. I don't have a monitor to connect it to and I'm not convinced it would even come up in the first place...

Please help

Unplug the system, remove the base cover and disconnect the main battery.  Hold the power button for 30 sec.

See if the system will then power up normally.

I unplugged the battery without fully removing it. Held down the power button with it unplugged. Connected it to the main charger. Turned the system on again (without drawing from the laptop battery). Is this what you meant?

The issue is the exact same. I think I need to flash the LCD firmware again but I don't know.

I have also tried connecting it to an external monitor, but either something is wrong or I can't figure out how to switch monitors without seeing what I'm doing.
