Freezing/locking video driver issue on XPS 13
I purchased a Dell XPS from Costco. Model XPS7390-5391SLV-PUS. Got the whole thing setup. Really like it so far but have had two white screen "freezes" in the first day. Not sure if it's actually frozen but I cannot see my desktop anymore. Looks like a white repeated pixel pattern which makes me think it's a video driver issue. Have updated drivers but no luck.
Any ideas?

Had it again 3-4 times today. Computer was under mild work load. Nothing crazy like rendering but I did have a bit open. Fan was on.
Nothing in the event report as it isn't actually crashing. Just freezing or doing the white screen. Fan stays on, keys stay lit. Just unresponsive.
