Getting ready to send this laptop back

Have had nothing but issues with this laptop.

Now its shutting down and takes multiple reboots to get the login screen back.

Many system errors. Screen hangs , fan noise. 

Dell assist indicates no issues.

But windows system event viewer indicates many problems, All apparently hardware related.

Memory check has been run everyday.

Checkdisk has been run everyday.

Dell assistant has been run every day.

This laptop is getting worse not better, its getting worse.

Don't really care if this is a MS problem or Dell problem.

Its unacceptable for a second generation laptop.
