Have 3 questions about dell xps 9500

My xps which I bought recently also has well-known touchpad issue. How can I fix it by myself? Is it better not to try fixing this by myself? 
+ my nvme from old laptop which worked so well has problem in xps now. It sometimes work but sometimes even disappear from my hardware list. What’s wrong with this?

+ i wanna buy a bracket for my secondary ssd + m2x2 screw. Where can I find it? (I mean dell ones)
