@ndaian  Seems like you want a device like this one.  Otherwise, here is a dual system docking station.  Note however that I'm not sure whether whether both of the attached systems would receive power simultaneously.  You might only get power for the system you're actually using.

@jphughan thank you for your answer. I am going to try the ATEN switch, it was a challenge to find a store that sells it. I hope I can return it if it wont work. The KVM won't work for me since my setup is with three monitors.

@ndaian  Hmm, in that case the ATEN switch might not work for you either. When the D6000 is running three displays, two of them use DisplayLink, which involves sending video from the system to the dock as USB data, while the third display (whichever is on HDMI) is run using DisplayPort Alt Mode, meaning a native video signal from the system. I’m not sure if the ATEN switch supports DP Alt Mode passthrough, so if you find that only the non-HDMI displays work after adding the switch, that would be why.

I don’t know if a USB-C or Thunderbolt switch device that supports all functions of USB-C/Thunderbolt, or a dual system docking station that can run three displays. I only recently became aware of that ATEN switch.

Can I use the same ATEN switch to connect two laptops to D3100 station?
