Intel Control Panel not loading on XPS 15 9570

Question

When I try to clink on the Intel Control Panel it doesn't load, you just see the mouse spin and then nothing. I have a copy of the error I found from the Error Log panel as well as the .wer file but sadly I don't see a way to provide that in this thread.

after talking to support I uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it and it fixed it
