Intel Rapid Storage Technology Not Running - Platform Not Supported - Dell 9250

Greetings,

I have XPS 9250. This morning i got notice that Intel Rapid Storage Technology (IRST) not Running and the laptop went slow. Then i tried to re-run IRST using services.msc but failed (another notification to restart appeared). I did restart but IRST still not running. Then i uninstall IRST driver via control panel. My 9250 run normal but i have no IRST driver.

After that i reinstall IRST Driver from Dell Support Driver & Download pages: Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver and Management Consol (Intel-Rapid-Storage-Technology-Driver-and-Management_SV16A_WIN_16.8.3.1003_A05.EXE), which should be compatible for 9250. Surprisingly, i cannot install the driver due "Platform Not Supported" failure installation notice.This quite confusing: i had the exact same driver, but then i cannot reinstall the driver due "platform not supported".

WIndows 10 and Dell update said, i have up to date system for now (13-Feb-2020). Intel Driver & Suport Assistant show no IRST driver for my 9250. How to able install IRST driver ?
