K16A dock unresponsive, not connecting

Hi,

I have a K16A dock that is not providing any response / connection when plugged into thunderbolt laptops, I have tried multiple.  The little white light turns on for a second on the front of the dock but no other response.  The light then turns off.  The laptops are not detecting this dock, but detecting all other thunderbolt docks just fine.

Any suggestion how to fix this?
