Keyboard Backlight
Purchased XPS 13 9300 in August. Now that is getting darker earlier I have noticed an issue. When I boot up, the keyboards lights up for a few moments and the shuts off which seems normal. But the keyboard does not light up again when I use the trackpad or begin typing even though I am sitting in darkness. The ambient light sensor seems to be working properly. Just can't get keyboard to light up in a dark environment. Other than the few seconds when I am booting up. And ideas?

update:
in bios found that keyboard illumination was disabled. changing this fixed problem
