Keyboard color scheme changes to default blue when I load Civilization 6

Question

Hi,I posted this same question on the Civ 6 forum and no one seemed to know the answer.  When ever I load Civ 6 on my laptop my keyboard configuration color goes from my custom colors to the default blue, how do I stop this?Before loading Civ 6After loading Civ 6

Im having the same problem. I also created a custom fx for civ 6 but it still goes to blue.
