Lagging Bluetooth Mouse & Keyboard Connection on XPS 13 2in1 7390

Hi,

I have multi device keyboard and mouse that I use with XPS 13 7390 and Dell 7300. With Dell 7300 the connection works perfectly fine but with XPS the lag is terrible. Is there any solution to this issue? Both keyboard and mouse are on the same table, just a meter away.

realjohny,

What brand of  multi device keyboard and mouse are you using? Move them closer than a meter from the laptop.

Have you gone into the bluetooth settings in Windows and then click more bluetooth options. Verify that the allow bluetooth  devices to find this pc is checked.

I am using logitech K600 Keyboard and Victsing multi device mouse. After reflashing BIOS 1.6.2 the problem is solved but I am struggling with other problems.
