Lost my bluetooth function
I don't know what happen but I was watching a movie and suddenly my speakers and mouse got disconnected. When I ran the troubleshoot, it's showing that my laptop doesn't have a bluetooth capability. This makes no sense as I was using my mouse 5 mins ago. Anyone know what happened to my computer and how to fix it?

Thank you for your message. What is the system model in question here?
Was there any recent Windows update or driver installation done?
Do you see any red X or exclamation mark in device manager?
Have you observed any network issue with the wireless connection?
Open device manager – expand network adapter – right click on wireless combo & click on uninstall (do not check the box that says delete driver) & restart the computer. This will refresh the driver.
For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Sreejith R) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.
