Mouse moves when I use arrow keys. It is not "Mouse Keys" in windows.
Hi, I just noticed this happening after a recent update. The mouse cursor moves when I use the arrow keys. I went to control panel and found "mouse keys" and it was off, so I don't know what is happening. It is not windows mouse keys feature. How can I stop this behavior? Thank you!

The solution here worked for me: Kill all 'Paint' processes.
Cursor moves when pressing direction keys (windowsreport.com)
