My Dell update issues
XPS 15 7590
I've already tried uninstalling My Dell and reinstalling it from the Microsoft Store. Whenever I attempt to update My Dell (forced to update or else it won't allow me to actually use any of the useful functions of the program) it gives me this error message:
The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'vc_runtimeMinimum_x64.msi' in the box below.

To receive assistance from Dell support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Click the "Get help now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. Provide to them the private Service Tag and all of your troubleshooting.
