My laptop doesnt shutdown
I have been having a problem with my Dell XPS 13. When i click shut down form the start menu. The laptop screen shuts down but the laptop keeps on running. I have to force shut down by pressing the power key for 10 sec. Other wise it doesnt shut down at all. I even restored my laptop to a month ago but it didnt work. Please Help.

I thought so too. But it doesnt shut down at all. Instead it heats up very high.

I would run Dell Diagnostics.
F12 at bootup.
