Need Help - External Monitor and Battery Issue

Hi All,

I have 2 issues :

Laptop - XPS 17 9700 I7-10875 with RTX2060 64RAM

I purchased a Samsung LS32A700 4K HDR monitor and connected it to one of the USB 3.0 post via the dell provided adapter. I have tried hard but I am not able to turn on the HDR settings on my monitor. The display port version is 1.2(with an upper arrow) and the HDMI port version is 2.0 - Not sure what I need to do 

I was somehow able to make the display at 60 HZ by changing the bios to force from GPU and then adding a custom setting in NVIDIA ->Display-> Change Resolution to make it 3840*2160 @60hz but still no luck with turning on the HDR 

In doing all this suddenly my battery started showing an Amber alert saying USB is giving slow power and the power is stuck at 93% even with the charger on 

Not sure if I am doing something incorrectly - I am a technical noob so looking for some help
