No 4K badges Netflix

I have an XPS 13 with the 8th gen core i7 and Intel UHD graphics and Dell Cinema. I can see and watch Netflix 4k on numerous devices and at least one other laptop. However, although my XPS 13 shows HDR and ATMOS badges in Netflix, it only shows the HD badge, and not the 4K badge. I am running Win 10 with the latest update. The display is set to 60 hz at 4K resolution. I did notice the Advanced Display Properties setting says the display is 59 hz, not 60 hz--could that be the issue?

Any help much appreciated,

The reinstall worked! I now have HDR only (not HD and HDR) on 4k HDR movies, and UltraHD 4K on non-HDR 4K movies.

Thank you for your reply. I am not using any external monitors with this laptop and I am using the Netflix Windows App on the latest Windows update and with Dell Cinema also installed. Resolution is set to 4K. The weird thing is that I have another laptop that is 4K-capable to an external monitor, but it has only an HD display itself. Using this other laptop in standalone mode (I do not use external monitors), the Netflix app shows 4K badges--weird!

Maybe I should try reinstalling the Netflix app.

@brians238  Looking over the requirements for 4K on Windows from Netflix's site, do you have any additional displays attached?  The requirements list indicates that all displays connected to the PC must support 4K 60 Hz (plus HDCP 2.2 if external) in order to stream 4K.  And then are you using the Netflix app rather than Netflix through a browser?  The Netflix site mentions Edge as being possible, but it's not clear whether that's "legacy" Edge, the new Edge Chromium, or both.
