Portable Battery Power Bank

Question

I have a Dell XPS 13U - 7390 Laptop.

I want to charge my laptop using the Anker 737 Power Bank on the go Laptop Charger - PowerCore III Elite 26K 87W (Power Core 26K for Laptop. I am pretty sure it is compatible but it won't charge my laptop. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you figure out the issue?  I just ordered an Anker 737 Power Bank for my XPS 13 9315 2-in-1, expecting that it will work.Is it possible that you need to use a 100W cable?
