While this response is useful for dealing with lid close options, it does not deal with lid open options. The missing piece -- "Power buttons and lid" -- needs to be added under Power options/Advanced settings so that we can then have access to the "Lid open action" that are sub-options under it and not only have access to the "lid close action". Thanks!
