Problem with Factory Reset XPS 15 9560

Hi all,

After a factory reset of my XPS 15 9560, I was prompted to enter my credentials multiple times but the process kept being interrupted. Now when I attempt to start up the computer I am redirected with a "This user has been disabled" message and the only user available to log in is defaultuser0, which I do not have a password for.

Can someone advise on how to proceed? How can I reinitiate the factory reset so that it lets me set up a profile again?
